Eligibility to Use the Service
To register on the 99 bdt platform and use its services, users must be residents of Bangladesh and at least 18 years of age. Opening an account for minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be cancelled at any time. Each individual may only create one account; maintaining multiple accounts is against policy. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date. 99 bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account opened with false information.
Account Security & Responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, and always log out after using a public device. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. 99 bdt will never ask for your password via email or phone, so be cautious of any such requests.
Deposit, Withdrawal & Transaction Policy
Designated payment methods must be used for depositing and withdrawing funds on the platform. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and processing charges may apply where applicable. Depositing from a third-party account or withdrawing in someone else's name is strictly prohibited. If an unusual or suspicious transaction is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended for verification. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process and may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Responsible Gaming
99 bdt places the highest importance on responsible gaming and encourages users to play within their limits. The platform offers deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion options. Prohibited Activities

Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page, with the update date noted at the top. If you object to any term, you are advised to discontinue use of the platform.
